The easiest part of trading cars was I knew there was no decision as to where to go or who to see.  I chose to drive from Knoxville to Ganley Nissan in Shaker Heights because of the valuable relationship and excellent service that I have always received from you and the staff there.  Taking ownership of my now fourth (4) Altima from Ganley, I couldn't imagine going to any place else...it just wouldn't be the same!  I am certainly looking forward to my continued relationship with you and the staff at Ganley.
