 Dear Mario,
Thank you for changing my life.  I practically live in my car with the work that I do for about 12 hours a day, going from client to client, hospital to wherever all over the grossly huge county of Ashtabula.  Even though (cross your fingers) it has not snowed, I feel so much more safe in my car I now have named Boo.  I cannot thank you enough.  I am sorry I have not been able to get back to you by telephone. Between work and school my days are extremely long.  By the time I do get home at night I'm dead to the world.  The car runs beautifully and makes me feel good to drive.  The only problem is having to transport clients in it while having my phone connected to the bluetooth.  Can't answer too many calls then.  I have spread your name and dealership all over the county concerning the great and wonderful service.

Mr. Ganley,
 
I wanted to take a moment of your time to let you hear from a customer about their experience in buying a car at your Ganley Nissan store in Mayfield Hts. I should most likely start back about 3 years ago when it was in Shaker Hts. and I leased my first Nissan product from your store then. I was impressed then with the way the car leasing process was handled and the ease that the staff made me feel during that process. Fast forward to 2010 and the fact that in December I needed to buy/lease another vehicle for my wife who hates the whole car buying experience and only prior would walk into a Saturn dealer to avoid all that pressure. Because I have had my altima serviced at your store I knew that the team that I had a great experience with was still at the store, I convinced my wife to take the ride to Mayfield Hts. and see what they have to offer and what she wants. As in my first encounter, Mike Zamecnik listened to our needs and wants and then had us test drive a couple of different models. After that we sat down and within a very short amount of time we came to a deal that made us comfortable and happy. Now 1 week ago Mike calls me to inform me of a special program to put me into a new altima at a reasonable price, and again it was not painful and I felt like we were both comfortable with the outcome.
In all my dealings which now totals 3 Nissan lease packages I have felt like the staff respected my requirements as well as needs, Don Zamecnik has always stopped to talk as well as make sure everything is good and is there anything he can do, Mike Zamecnik and his team have always been there to help, Mike Bossard who was the sales / delivery representative made sure I understood as well as a host of other sales staff members who helped to explain questions I my have had. The paperwork part of the process which always seems to be somewhat stressful was anything but, John Geanos was very informative as well as made sure that I understood each document and made me feel comfortable. I already know what to expect from the service department since I have been a customer and they have always performed as expected or needed.
 
Now having said all that I will tell you that back in 2002 my wife and I went into your west side VW and attempted to purchase a jetta and it created so much stress that my wife almost got sick right in the showroom, and I said I would never again go into a Ganley showroom again, but like everyone else time cures a lot and I am very happy that I stopped by your Nissan store.
 
I just wanted you to know that the team that has been created to operate the Mayfield Hts. Ganley Nissan store under the watchful eye of Don Zamecnik is doing a professional and most importantly caring job of customer satisfaction for both the Nissan brand and the Ganley organization and should be applauded for their effort above and beyond which is why I felt the need to send the letter. As a society today we are quick to send correspondence when we are unhappy but rarely acknowledge an organization that gets it right and understands what it takes to sustain long term customer loyalty.

Dear Ganley Nissan,

I probably sound like a broken record already, but being a business person myself I cannot help but appreciate how good your staff is at Ganley Nissan. Their Customer Service attention is really above par.. starting at the top with Don "Z" .. all the way to Patty answering the phones. Don always goes out of his way to do whatever he can for us, even buying a cover to protect Frank's car in the move to Mayfield.. WOW! I recently had my vehicle in for new tires and wheels.. Tom Kennish, Chuck and my favorite people in parts.. not to mention Brett's attention to detail on working on it, is just so gratifying. Once again, KUDO'S for not only hiring the BEST, but keeping them Happy. It is obvious everytime we go in!
